Worked on HugSelect, an evidence-driven Django decision-support tool for selecting Hugging Face foundation models.

Research & contributions
  • Worked with the recommendation pipeline, processed model datasets, and Elasticsearch-based search flow.
  • Implemented and validated user-facing search, filtering, comparison, explanation, and reporting workflows.
  • Contributed to software, validation, visualisation, and writing for the revised HugSelect release.

01HugSelect Django UIWageningen University — Python, Django, Elasticsearch, Hugging Face

Summer 2026

  • Worked on an evidence-driven multi-criteria decision-support tool for selecting Hugging Face foundation models.
  • Helped connect Django views, Elasticsearch retrieval, criterion-level explanations, model comparison, Decision Stress analysis, and PDF decision records.
  • Contributed to release validation, including automated tests, reproducibility checks, and documentation for the revised software release.

02Personalized 3D-Printed Shoe InsolesSabanci University — Rhino3D, Grasshopper, LIDAR, 3D Printing

Spring 2025

  • Designed personalized shoe insoles using LIDAR-based foot scanning and parametric modeling.
  • Developed 3D models in Rhino3D and Grasshopper, optimizing pressure distribution with lattice structures.
  • Improved comfort and biomechanical support compared to traditional insoles.

  • Built a multi-user scheduling system that identifies optimal meeting times from shared calendar data.
  • Implemented event management features including invitations, notifications, and dynamic updates.
  • Designed authentication, role-based access, and calendar integration for admin and user workflows.

05Momentum GridsWeb & iOS Application — Habit Tracking

2026 — Ongoing

  • Built a quiet, year-at-a-glance habit tracking web app with user accounts and a heatmap-style interface for reviewing consistency over time.
  • Designed the product to help people record daily habits, recognise patterns, and see gradual progress that can otherwise be easy to overlook.
  • Deployed the beta version publicly on Vercel for testing and iteration.
  • Released the Momentum Grids iOS app on the App Store, making the product available on both web and iOS.

06Music Chord FinderPython CLI — Music Theory, Input Parsing, Pattern Matching

2026 — v1 complete, v2 in progress

  • Built a command-line app that identifies basic major, minor, diminished, and augmented chords from user-entered notes.
  • Implemented note normalization, input validation, interval calculation, and inversion recognition.
  • Completed Version 1 and started a Version 2 roadmap focused on clearer CLI instructions, repeated input flow, help/exit commands, and improved result formatting.
